For twenty years I have built and led software teams for industries the rest of tech overlooks, from fleets and heavy equipment in Seattle to global operations out of Singapore. I was not looking at commercial real estate. A conversation pulled me in, and the deeper I looked, the more one person stood out.

The broker. Often a one-person business, sharp with technology, and ignored by every tool on the market. They are some of the last door-to-door hustlers in business, building real relationships in person. They deserve software built for them, not for the firm above them.

I have been on the other side of the table, touring office space in downtown Seattle and weighing the long-term call, so I know what rides on a lease. I build because I love watching people put my tools to work. Lupa Lens is that, built for the broker.

Mission

Lupa exists because the most important conversations in commercial real estate happen after the lease is signed. We built the tool that makes sure brokers are in that conversation.
